Does not work

I type a Spanish word in search field as instructed, click "search" and nothing happens. I have tried so many times but cannot get it to work most of the times. My iPad and ios meet the system requirement. I tried to send email to Larousse asking for help and got no support. While I like the dictionary, its programming does not work most of the time. It is a sacrifice or a waste of $1 that functions consistently like a cheap unreliable product.
